🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii is subject to additional shipping charges. If you live outside the continental U.S., please contact us prior to purchasing for an accurate shipping quote.

International Orders
We can ship international orders, however you must contact us prior to purchasing so we can determine accurate shipping costs.

  • Small Packages
    Small packages ship within 48 business hours via USPS or UPS.

All packages are insured for full value. If an item is damaged during shipping, notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Freight Shipping (150 lbs and up)
Freight shipping is used for larger items weighing 150 lbs or more.

⚠️ PLEASE INSPECT ALL FREIGHT FOR DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY. 
ONCE SIGNED FOR, THE SHIPMENT IS ACCEPTED. Contact us immediately before accepting.

  • A freight quote
  • Shipping to a business with a loading dock or forklift
  • Your closest freight terminal

We can ship to residential addresses with liftgate service; however, additional charges apply.


🔄 RETURN POLICY

If you need to return merchandise, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will not accept returns without one.

All returned parts must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be uninstalled
  • Include all original components

We inspect all returns upon receipt.

Any part deemed installed, damaged due to improper installation, or non-functional due to customer negligence will not be accepted for return.

If a part is verified as defective (not due to installation or misuse), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of our business, identical replacement parts may not be available. In that case, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.


Restocking Fee

If a customer returns an item due to:

  • Incorrect application
  • Wrong purchase
  • Change of mind

A 10% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

When returning an item, please use UPS, FedEx, or another insured carrier. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

If any component of a returned item is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the entire return. Product condition will be determined at our discretion.

Products returned with damaged or missing packaging may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
