Item functioned properly as it should prior to removal from vehicle.
NOTE: Comes exactly as shown. Heated and cooled lower with the premium leather. In good shape for the age/mileage. Does have one bolt that started to strip if you plan on attaching the upper half back onto it. Can still get it out by hand w/ ratchet but don't recommend using a power tool on that one bolt. All hardware that was taken off to remove the upper half is included in sale as well as hardware for the black plastic side pieces.
